"Carole Derry-Bretsch is a first rate artist." says Lorenzo Grant, Sr., area director of the Southern California Conference. "Carole brings a warmth and spirit to her music that ministers to the soul. Her ministry transcends age, culture, or even musical preference."
As a recording artist, songwriter, arranger, and keyboardist, Carole has blessed churches throughout the country. Her concerts are filled with piano solo's, vocal traditional hymns, original songs, and gospel songs that touch each heart. "We conducted an evangelistic meeting together in Manila in 1990." recalls George Atiga, director of Asian Pacific Ministries, Pacific Union Conference. Carole's performances were highly inspirational and deeply appreciated by the 5,000-member audience every night. Her heart touching message in songs greatly contributed to the baptism of 1,150 precious souls."
Music has always been a part of Carole's life. She began singing at age two, and playing the piano at age four. Throughout her life, Carole has focused on presenting music that expresses her love for the Lord. She played for the Heritage Family, and sang with the Heritage Singers. She has done concerts and evangelistic meetings throughout the United States. Carole had the privilege of accompanying Herman and Sonnie Harp in their ministry. Carole has been able to share at women's ministries retreats, and various conference retreats and is a regular participant on the Family Reunion Videos.
